The Committee: notification of Committee decisions In all cases, the Committee will provide the appellant or applicant and any other affected party with written notification of its decision. The Committee is also required to advise the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) in writing of its decisions. In accordance with section 66 of the Contaminated Sites Regulations 2006 the CEO is to publish details of the Committee's decisions in regard to appeals by causing those details to be made available for public inspection at the head office of DEC, during office hours.
